Not sure if you know who Janet Hsieh is.. but yeah, she caught my eye as a Travel Tv host on the TLC channel for her craziness and enthusiasm she exudes through her shows..

Today, i happened to see how extreme she can go as she proposed to get married with George Young, another Travel host.. where? Yup, not your usual kind of setting.. Yes.. You won't believe it.. Her wedding was held with penguins at the North Pole..

It's through crazy ideas that our monotonous way of doing things gets shattered to fill that logic, traditional part of us with something totally unique and unforgettable..

I guess the best way to do anything is do what makes us feel happy.. Normal Or Crazy.. Go for it and live an amazing life!

Everything in existence is Magical

Today as i wanted to discover what is Yoga and what benefits does it bring.. i stumbled upon a video by Sadguru which made me realise that the word Yoga means Union.. but Union to what?

Union to the magic of existence. In today's world where most attention is outwardly focused, Yoga instead helps direct awareness within.. to sensations, feelings.. to wonder more about who you are..how our bodies function.. are our bodies real or just the conglomerate of atoms vibrating at a very slow frequency?

The questions are really infinite if we decide to go deeper to what we already know and then we will understand that every 'now' is a discovery of something even more wonderful..

So let's get on this wonderventure of Life together and spread enthusiasm and happiness to others so that they too can be thrilled through this journey!

Uk's Xfactor is one show that gets me glued to Youtube as i really enjoy seeing what each contestant brings to the stage and how they captures us with wonderful talents!

Watching the competition get closer to the finals, most contestants tend to feel the pressure as the fear of going home fills their once courageous hearts that got them on stage in the first place, for their first audition in front of 4 judges and a huge crowd.

But one team that really caught my attention were this two guys who although at the semi finals, seemed to be having loads of fun while making the judges feel good and at ease.

As Buddha once said: "It's better to travel well then arrive" In this case, i truly believe that we should just let joy and bliss fill our every action and moments, allowing us to enjoy the journey knowing that we have given our best.

Express your True Colours

Typing out the title of this blog post.. i actually never understood why they say express your true colours.. colours in the sense of our emotions..? or maybe the magic and wonder within us are depicted through colours..? or maybe just the fact that our aura is colourful means that expressing our true colours means expressing what cannot be seen with the eye, that which goes beyond proper behaviour to just letting bliss, creativity, curiosity, passion, excitement.. just flow out through you?
